Boulder Engagement | Luba and Aaron

It was a bright, pre-storm evening for Luba and Aaron’s Boulder engagement up on the Flatirons Vista Trailhead.  The evening light was shining through patches of beautiful fluffy clouds, grazing the side of the Colorado Flatirons.  We walked into the west facing fields to capture the Spring open-field look that Luba loves.  Late spring in Colorado brings some of the most amazing backdrops… fields of freshly sprung wildflowers and often darker storm skies.

As I write this, Luba and Aaron have just moved back to their home state of California, we photographed these mountainous images the night before they set off on their adventure West.  They ended their journey in Colorado in front of one of Colorado’s most recognizable natural features.

We walked into the East rolling fields near CO-128 to watch the sun drop down below the horizon amongst the bright yellow wildflowers.
